Seventh meeting of the IAEG-SDGs, 9-12 April, Vienna, Austria

The format for the upcoming meeting of the IAEG-SDGs will follow a different format from previous meetings insofar as there will be one day (9 April) for a Members meeting, followed by a three-day Plenary session (10-12 April), which will be open to all countries, international and regional agencies and entities.  Other stakeholders are also invited to attend.

This will be the second Nexus Conference that The Water Institute has organized. The first in 2014 made a significant input to the negotiations for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), through the Chapel Hill Declaration. ​We also produced a book from the main input to the conference available on Amazon The Water, Food, Energy and Climate Nexus: Challenges and an Agenda for Action

The 2018 Nexus Conference will aim to input to the Ministerial Declaration for the High Level Political Form and early input to the Heads of State review of the SDGs in 2019. Sixth meeting of the IAEG-SDGs, 11-14 November, Update 7
