2025 ECOSOC Partnership Forum, 5 February 2025 

Registration for non-governmental organizations and other stakeholders is open!

The 2025 Partnership Forum of the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) will be held on Wednesday, 5 February, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at the United Nations headquarters in New York.  

The overall theme of the ECOSOC Partnership Forum will be “Advancing sustainable, inclusive, science- and evidence-based solutions for the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its Sustainable Development Goals for leaving no one behind”. The Forum will place a special emphasis on the Sustainable Development Goals that will be reviewed at the 2025 HLPF, namely Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being); Goal 5 (Gender Equality); Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth); Goal 14 (Life Below Water); and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). The 2025 ECOSOC Partnership Forum will bring together Member States, the UN system and stakeholders from civil society, the private sector, scientists, women, youth, local governments and many others to discuss innovative efforts that are driving action on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and to highlight the contributions that partnerships can make in this regard.  

Participation

The 2025 ECOSOC Partnership Forum will be open to all those in possession of valid UN Grounds Passes for the UNHQ in New York. 

Representatives from non-governmental organizations and other relevant stakeholders not in possession of valid UN Grounds passes for the UNHQ in New York wishing to attend the event in-person can request registration now using this form: https://indico.un.org/event/1014593/.
