Measuring progress made on targets with a 2020 deadline 

Twenty-two of the SDG targets have a 2020 deadline. They are measured by 28 indicators, of which 17 are in tier I; 5 are in tier II; and 6 are in tier III. Overall they are in “better shape” than the rest of the global indicator framework…

Proposed plan of work for additional indicators 

Thirty-seven possible additional indicators have been identified by the IAEG-SDGs members to monitor 33 targets, as they felt that some aspects of the targets were not adequately monitored with the existing indicators.
