Call for proposals - Exhibition during HLPF 2017 (deadline - 29 June)

We have received the following from DESA:

For the second time, DESA-DSD is pleased to launch a call for proposals of exhibition pieces to be displayed during the 2017 HLPF. DSD has secured the exhibition area between the Vienna Cafe and the Visitors center, at the 1B level, where CR11 and CR12 are located. Selected pieces will feature in a diverse exhibition organized by DESA/DSD. Please use this form to submit a proposal.

Exhibition pieces should not be wider than 1 meter (roughly 3 ft), should directly address the 2017 HLPF theme: "Eradicating poverty and promoting prosperity in a changing world" , or one or more of the Sustainable Development Goals reviewed in depth by the Forum this year. Please note that organizations submitting proposals should cover the costs of producing and setting up the exhibition pieces. 

Please note that: 

• There will be no space for tables or screens in the exhibition area. 
• Ideally, the pieces would be pull-up banners. 
• Exhibition pieces cannot be directly attached to the wall, but could possibly be hung from brackets attached to the ceiling
