Taking Action to Address a Global Contraceptive Crisis

We have received the following from PAI:

PAI, IPPF, RHSC and MSI, with support from Population Connection ,are launching a week-long campaign to draw attention to the global  funding gap for contraceptives and urging U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon to highlight the centrality of contraceptives to achieving the sustainable development goals.

Please share with your audiences and encourage them to sign our CHANGE.org petition.

They will be active on social media all week using the hashtag #fpcrisis along with #wcd2016. Please spare us a tweet or FB post! The social media guide is attached both in Word and PDF formats for your convenience. Their social media activity will culminate in a World Contraception Day tweetathon next Monday (Stay tuned for more information about this later this week!).

Finally, they will be running banner ads in the Guardian all week to highlight the crisis.
