Public Dialogue: UN-Water SDG 6 Synthesis Report 2018 on Water and Sanitation

We have received the following from UN-Water:

In view of the forthcoming High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development and the SDG 6 in-depth review, UN-Water has produced the SDG 6 Synthesis Report 2018 on Water and Sanitation.

Building on the baseline data on SDG 6 global indicators coming from JMP, GEMI and GLAAS, the report represents a joint position from the UN family on the global status on SDG 6.

To enable feedback and a broad discussion, a Public Dialogue has just been initiated for six months. 

The conversation is structured in three phases: 

• Collecting overall feedback (2 May – 16 May)
• Preparing main messages for the High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (25 June – 9 July)
• Looking forward and next steps (31 August – 14 September)
