Zero draft of Ministerial Declaration for 2016 HLPF

Attached is the letter from the co-facilitators and the zero draft of the Ministerial Declaration for the 2016 HLPF. Please note that the co-facilitators clearly state that civil society representatives will be able to share their comments with Member States. Discussions on the zero draft will begin on Thursday 23 June.
