We have received the following from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization:

A few years ago, you provided an incredible support to the United Nations, by mobilizing your networks and communities around the myworld2015survey (‘The United Nations global survey for a better world’). Your views helped to shape the top priorities of the different United Nations agencies , including UNESCO’s – the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization.

Today, UNESCO wants to hear from you and your members/constituents on a crucial issue: the futures of education. “Futures of Education: Learning to Become” is UNESCO’s new flagship initiative in the field of education.  It’s about reimagining, together, how knowledge and learning can shape the future of humanity and the planet.

A key element of the initiative is a simple 1-minute survey that asks respondents’ views on the top 3 challenges that lie ahead and also asks what the top 3 priorities of education should be in order to address these challenges.  We are currently collecting responses from around the globe and all answers will contribute to the preparation of UNESCO’s next global report on the futures of education.

We would like to explore ways to encourage the communities and networks that your organization works with to fill out the survey and make sure their perspectives and ideas are heard.  If it would be useful to your work, we are able to create a special collector link that would allow us to track and report on the survey responses that come from.  If you are available and interested I would be happy to set up a conversation to discuss this further.
