Secretary-General of the United Nations extends the current telecommuting arrangements at UN HQ through 31 July 2020

In a recent letter to staff members based in NY Secretary-General António Guterres has extended telecommuting until the end of July after consultations with UN medical and senior management staff. 

Currently in Phase Zero, the secretariat is being prepared for eventual migration to Phase One where only absolutely necessary duties will be performed on site and staff numbers will be kept to a maximum of 10%
