Nairobi commitments

The following information is essential in working with your partners to ensure country, regional and global commitments:

Commitment section on the Summit webpage is now open but will close by October 31. Please inform your partners coming to Nairobi

Key point to remember:

Only register participants can upload a commitment;
As the system will ask for confirmation that the person is registered, it is recommended that the person uses the same email address as the one used during registration process;
Make sure you know the title of the Commitments title, as it has to be uploaded
Commitment should not be longer than 500 characters
The system will ask if the person would like to present the commitment during the Summit. Choosing ‘yes’, will secure a space at the Commitment session in Nairobi;
The time limit for delivering a commitment at the Commitments session will be three (3) minutes. It will only be possible if you have submitted your commitment online and made the request through the Summit webpage;
Before the Summit, the person will be notified with the allocated date and time for the commitment to be presented.

Community Zone – Pamoja

Information on the Community zone is now available on the Summit web page. It is designed as a vibrant space with many opportunities for interaction.
