Dear NGO Major Group,
If you would like to attend the 2018 High Level Political Forum and your organization does not have ECOSOC or CSD accreditation, please follow the following steps:
1. Create an Indico account at https://reg.unog.ch/
2. Email ngomajorgroupopny@gmail.com with HLPF REGISTRATION in the subject line. In your email, please include your name, organization, and email address - the same information you used to create your Indico account in step #1.
Please note that the NGO Major Group has been allocated 50 additional passes for members wishing to attend the HLPF who do not have ECOSOC accreditation. These will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis to those who apply via the process above. If we run out of passes, we will entreat organizations not using all of their temporary passes this year for assistance. Last year we were able to accommodate everyone who wanted to register, so we hope that will be the case again this year.
This information only applies to organizations that do not have accreditation through ECOSOC or CSD. If your organization DOES have ECOSOC status or is on the CSD roster, please see the attached FAQ document for instructions on how to register for the HLPF.
