Two Days of Interactive Thematic Sessions @ G-STIC 2017
The G-STIC 2017 conference aims to accelerate the development, dissemination and deployment of technology innovations that enable the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). On October 23 & 24, G-STIC 2017 will showcase how integrated ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) solutions can make a difference to achieve the SDGs, especially solutions developed in a collaborative manner and providing opportunities for sustainable lifestyles.
ICT will be crucial in delivering the SDGs. The interaction of ICT with other sectors creates many opportunities for innovation in health, education, mobility, production systems, water, climate, cities, etc. All these solutions will contribute hugely to achieving the SDGs and climate goals.
It is however, important, to take the human factor into consideration. Using co-design and with a focus on usability, even better integrated solutions for people’s sustainable lifestyles will be created.
