The President of the ECOSOC will convene a briefing on Friday, 26 May 2017, at 10 AM in Conference Room 4, on the status of preparations for the 2017 high-level political forum on sustainable development (HLPF) and the high-level segment of the ECOSOC. All are invited to attend.
Also, in accordance with the attached letter by the co-facilitators of the Ministerial Declaration, the Permanent Representatives of Austria and Jamaica, the co-facilitators will convene consultations with delegations on Friday, 26 May, immediately following the briefing at 11 AM also in conference room 4, to receive feedback on the attached draft Ministerial Declaration elements.
Finally, on Friday, 26 May, at 3 PM (EST), the co-facilitators will have a webinar with MGoS to hear their views on the draft elements for the Ministerial Declaration. The meeting will be held in room S-2723 (located on the 27th floor of the Secretariat building) for colleagues wishing to attend in person.
