We have received the following from DESA:

If you have registered to attend the High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) to be held on 11 - 20 July 2016 through the CSO net, please bear in mind that you must be in possession of a blue UN Grounds Pass issued by UN Pass and ID Office to enter the UN premises and attend the HLPF. In accordance with standard procedure for ECOSOC-accredited NGOs, each organization has a limit of 7 annual badges and 9 temporary badges that may be assigned to representatives at any given time. Those individuals already in possession of a valid blue UN Grounds Pass do not need to apply for a new pass.

For those who have registered and need a pass, temporary or annual, you will need to follow the steps outlined at: http://csonet.org/index.php?menu=86  to obtain your UN Grounds Pass from UN Pass and ID Office. Once the registration is done through CSOnet, instructions will be shared on how to print the necessary security form within 24 hours. Please make sure to bring all the documents outlined on the above CSOnet page to UN Pass and ID Office, located at 320 East 45th street (between 1st and 2nd avenues). As we anticipate a very large number of attendees and pass requests, you are strongly recommended to apply for your pass as soon as possible to avoid delays.

Opening hours of UN Pass and ID Unit

Mondays through Fridays, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Sunday, 10 July, from 1-5 p.m.

An information note with additional information about the HLPF is available here.
