We have received the following from UN-NGLS and UN DESA
Dear Colleagues,
At the request of the Co-Facilitators of the UN Summit for Refugees and Migrants (Jordan and Ireland), UN-NGLS and UN DESA invite stakeholders to register to participate in a one-hour meeting with them on 28 July at 10:00am at UN Headquarters (room TBC), or to submit short video comments that will be considered for inclusion in the meeting.
The 28 July meeting is among several such one-hour meetings, taking place immediately following informal meetings of UN Member States on the draft outcome documents for the Summit.
All UN Member States are also invited to attend these one-hour meetings to hear the views of stakeholders on the draft texts.
Mindful that many people cannot travel to NY to contribute to these one-hour meetings - particularly people living as refugees and migrants - the Co-Facilitators have authorized UN-NGLS to also invite video submissions of up to 2 minutes each, providing recommendations in response to the draft outcome documents for the Summit (available at the link below), to be considered for inclusion in a meeting. Videos filmed with cell phones, computers or tablets are fine. Free video transfer technology is available.
At the link below, you will find all of these resources:

Please register above if you would like to be considered by the Co-Facilitators to speak on the draft outcome documents for the Summit during the 28 July meeting.
Please also register if you do not possess a UN Grounds Pass and would like to apply to observe the meeting.
Representatives with Grounds Passes who wish only to observe are encouraged to register so that any updates can reach them in a timely manner, but it is not required.
Please distribute this message to your networks.
We would like to migrate to a Google email group for future communications.

Thank you and best regards,
